About the Speaker & Topic:  Officer Galetta has served nearly 30 of his 37 years in investigations for the Rochester Police Department. He has extensive experience in complex investigations, forensic process, intelligence gathering, major crimes, witness cooperation and direct covert and overt surveillance. Officer Galleta will touch on many aspects of interviews and interrogations including: miranda, attitude, treatment, game plan, rapport, trickery, technique, either/or statements, and reason formulation.
